AirPods Pro 3 – Find My Network Not Available on iOS 18.7

I recently purchased the new AirPods Pro 3 and updated them to the latest firmware (8A357). While pairing them with my iPhone 12 running iOS 18.7, I noticed that the AirPods do not appear in the Find My app, and the “Find My Network” option is missing from the Bluetooth settings.

I confirmed that:

  • Find My iPhone is enabled.
  • My Apple ID is active and signed in.
  • The AirPods Pro 3 are functioning normally and pair correctly.
  • The same AirPods Pro 3 work perfectly with an iPhone 14 running iOS 26, where all Find My features are available.

This suggests a compatibility issue or bug in iOS 18.7 that prevents AirPods Pro 3 from being properly registered with Find My. I believe this should be addressed to ensure users on iOS 18.7 can benefit from the full functionality of their AirPods, especially for security and tracking purposes.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

iPhone 12, iOS 18
