How to start SharePlay on Mac without a FaceTime call?

Hello, I'm curious as to how I can start a SharePlay on my MacBook without it being a facetime call, you know when you go to the SharePlay menu on the iPhone it allows you to send a SharePlay link so you don't have to be on an active call, I'm trying to figure out if I can do that with my MacBook but there's no option for it, when I click share all I see is "Mail, Messages, Notes" etc.. Is there a way to do it? If so please someone tell me, thanks!
