Upgrade consolidation loan payment to Apple Card hasn't shown up!

I was approved for a debt consolidation loan for $7,500 from Upgrade. I've used them a few times before, and never had any problems. The APR was lower if you had Upgrade pay part of the loan directly to a creditor. I had $1,500 sent to my checking account, and $6,000 sent to pay the balance on my Apple Card. Both payments were sent electronically on 9/8/25, and the $1,500 was deposited into my checking account the next day, on 9/9/25. It is now 9/19/25, 10 business days later, and the payment to Apple Card has not shown up. I called Upgrade, and they said it was sent. I called Apple, and they say they see no payment on their end. Both tell me to call the other. Now I'm getting very nervous! Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a delay in the payment? Is it lost? Any assistance or insight would be very appreciated!!
