iTunes not playing new artists' songs on Apple device

Itunes not playing New artists - Just scrambles the song and will not play. eg. Leon Ware, Fania All Stars in Albums. I am paid up to date and latest software too. Seems unusual. Anyone else found the same? Restarted, have latest software, Restarted wifi.
