New Apple Watch not syncing, always falls back to pairing screen

I mean it's just unbeliavable that this keeps happening in 2025, i bought a new apple watch 11 series with gps, turns out i just can't pair with my phone.

It's really frustrating to just realize how Apple products quality has been decreasing dramatically over the years, there has never been a smooth process for pairing new products, specially Watch. Also iPhone's iOS 26 ,

I'm being very serious about considering moving back to Android environment with Pixel and Some other watch because i just can't stand being frustrated over this poor user experience, not after buying a freaking expensive +599 useless watch
