Is anyone having issues being able to edit notifications in iPad iOS 26?

I’m trying to reenable notifications for certain apps. Mostly video game apps that I have. Whenever I go into the notification setting, it doesn’t show up all my apps. No matter what I try it doesn’t work. I’ve contacted Apple and the person had no idea what was going on. I’ve restarted my iPad & it didn’t work. The iPad that I’m using is the most recent iPad Pro so it’s not like a technology base issue. I have recently updated to iPadOS 26 so it could just be a bug within the new update. Even if I look up the name of the app in settings and tap on it notifications don’t pop up at all. Just wondering if anybody else is having this issue or if you guys have an idea and away from me to fix it.
