Audio glitches on Mac after macOS Tahoe update

I'm having audio glitches even under the device is underload a little bit just a little bit and I don't know how to fix that thing. It happens just after the macOs Tahoe update. I didn't have any problems in previous Os.

I did not notice this response when browsing the thread initially. I too had Xcode Developer Tools iPhone/iOS Simulator app open and yes it clearly causes/amplifies the problem. Closing iOS Simulator removed all audio glitches! My guess it's not just iOS Simulator but simultaneous open active apps interfacing with macOS audio services do not play well together in current Tahoe system. Maybe.

When I am using the bluetooth audio device (Airpods Pro 3, Sennheiser Momentum 4), each time I start to edit the code in Xcode, the sound in the headphones (regardless if it's being played from YT, Spotify, Apple Music), starts to get choppy, and eventually the sound disappears completely. It never returns afterwards and I need to switch the output device in the "Sound" settings for the macOS Tahoe, to figure out that I actually STILL want to hear things.

An extra insight would be that even when I am playing an audio through the Mac Mini's speakers, the sound gets choppy when Xcode is running.

I restarted the computer, the affected programs etc already. Nothing helps. It behaves as if there was some threading issue, and Xcode gets all the resources while other processes are getting starved.
