Can I fix iCloud sync issues after iPad reset without losing data on my iPhone?

I think such a warning came because I used the same email when I was trying to reset my iPad. How to fix this warning because icloud data cannot be synchronised. I don't want to delete the icloud data on my phone. Nothing should happen to the photos and data on my phone.
