Can I use Apple Music from a different Apple ID on my iPhone without signing out of my main one?

hi, i bought apple music using the apple ID on my macbook (which is a different apple ID than the one from my phone) and i tried to log on to apple music but i obviously can't since i'm logged into the apple ID from my phone. is there any way for me to log into my apple music account without having to sign out of my apple ID on my phone. i strictly made two separate apple IDS so i would have my data and stuff separately but now idk what to do.
