Apple Music playback audio stutter when switching Spaces

I recently upgrade to macOS 26 (Tahoe), and I've noticed that when switching spaces (Ctrl-Left Arrow or Right Arrow), intermittently the music audio will stutter while the new space slides into view.

I can reproduce this most often when running World of Warcraft (classic) in one space, and switching to adjust my music playback in another space. Switch to or from WoW often causes the stutter, despite very low CPU utilization and about 80% GPU utilization.

Any thoughts for resolution or mitigation?

My audio is from the headphone jack to powered speakers with the settings of 44.1kHz, 32bit float.

M1 Mac mini, 16Gb, 512GB connected to LG 4K display and Apple USB Keyboard and Logitech USB mouse.
