As of the Tahoe upgrade even when disabling the WiFi Adapter all together the following command returns an error:
sudo spoof randomize en0
/bin/sh: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Apple80211.framework/Resources/airport: No such file or directory
Error: Unable to disassociate from wifi networks

Yes and no, this does change and rotate Mac addresses with the built in mac settings, however, it does not change it on demand, as many times as you would like as you could before with the "sudo spoof randomize en0" command.
