Theatre tickets won’t add to wallet. Pressing ‘add to apple wallet’. I have I phone 16 with latest software update.
it takes me to app.tickets-and-passes.com (briefly, then disappears). If I’m quick and click the ‘screen’ icon on the left of these words, a message appears “ this website is trying to show you a Wallet pass. Do you want to allow this?” Press ‘Allow’ and nothing happens.

Tickets, keys, boarding passes, gift cards, loyalty cards etc. cannot be added directly to the Wallet app. The issuing authority must approve and support the use of electronic wallets.
If the issuers support electronic wallets, they have a link on their secure website or mobile app to add the card to Apple Wallet. If you need additional assistance , please reach out to the issuer’s support team.
