iOS 26 blocks in-app browsers after downtime on iPhone 13

I have recently updated to Ios 26 on my iphone 13, and i found out that it now blocks google and other in app browsers after downtime if you have one, this is very annoying because i need google for school and my parents and i cannot figure out how to turn this off, i am wondering if this is a bug or that there is no setting to turn this off currently.
