my ipad air and iphone 16 have both updated to ios26. the facetime app on the ipad does not show any of the calls that were placed or received on the iphone or placed from the iPad.
i was able to make a voice call on the ipad but that call also does not show up on the ipad facetime app log when i open it again.

i see there is now a phone app on my ipad, which now shows regular voice call logs. so i don’t use facetime to make regular voice calls from my ipad. but yes, facetime doesn’t show call history.
i chatted with apple support and she said they were familiar with this issue and are working on a solution.
not Sure if Apple gets involved in these community forums. I and many many other people I known do NOT use the contact photos for people. I especially hate on the iPhone I get these huge round shapes on my FaceTime calls with just initials. I want the previous style or at least to give us that option like they did with the “phone” app.
PS I am having same issue with recent FaceTime calls not being updated in the app as well
I made the mistake of going to iOS 26 on my iPhone 16 and I can't see the call logs for Facetime. This is really annoying because it means I can't bill out for the hours I've spent helping a customer.
Ever since I updated to iOS 26 it has been a nightmare, this has got to be Apple's worst update ever. The issue I have is when I try to go look at call history after a FaceTime call and I press the call history button I just get a blank rectangle box that is going down my screen on the right. I am using the current iPad Air 2025 model. I can see the call history on the left but if multiple FaceTime calls are made I don't see the history of all the calls that are made and when I press call history I get a blank rectangular box on the right of the page. When is Apple going to do anything about all these issues and bugs since iOS 26.
Did you previously have the beta version installed?
No this was the first time installed on both iPad and phone.

settings are correct on both. also i see logs fine on an old ipad that doesn’t support ios26 ( still on 18)
funny that even if i make a new call from the ipad, it doesnt show in the log there after i hang up. it does show up on my iphone log.
Updated my iPad mini andt this is alli grt. Why 2 calls from 2024? Ithenmade a call to my iPhone from another phone. iPad rings, hung up call and no change to log.
