Can’t get sound or haptics from certain apps on iPhone 13

So I just downloaded iOS 26, but just to be clear been having this issue way before, basically some of my apps YouTube, Pinterest and threads are giving no sound and no haptic vibration, they are all enabled and I’m not on any focus mode and my mute switch is not on, I’ve tried fully restoring my phone and unloading the apps and reinstalling them, nothing works, I have a iPhone 13, also in the Do not disturb mode that is just the default one has a app showing in it but when I tap it there is no app, when I try to download the app and add it to the focus it won’t let me any tips or help?
