Apple TV 4K 1st gen blurry smoothed and pixelated

i have an Apple TV 4K 1st gen but when watching the morning show on Apple TV the screen has been getting smoothed out and blurry. It has a good ethernet connection and seems to work fine with any other show so idk pls help
