MacOS 26 Safari not connecting to certain websites

Since updating to Tahoe, Safari has been unable to connect to an inordinate number of websites. I use Little Snitch to monitor my connections. Here is an example of what is happening:

action: deny

direction: outgoing

priority: regular

process: identifier.APPLE/com.apple.Safari

via: identifier.APPLE/com.apple.WebKit.Networking

owner: me

destination: info.virginiagreen.com

ports: 443

protocol: 6

notes: On Sep 18, 2025, Safari via com.apple.WebKit.Networking tried to establish a connection to info.virginiagreen.com. The request was denied automatically during a macOS update.

This is a legitimate business I use.

I really need help. Right now I have to rely on Safari on my iPad - which I have NOT upgraded to iPadOS 26 - still on 18.7.

Mac Studio, macOS 26.0

Just an update. Even after turning off the application Little Snitch, I was still having the connection issue. I called Apple Tech and in the process of searching for a solution we looked under Network>VPNs & Filers. There, under the Filter section was Little Snitch Content Filter and it was still engaged. I turned it off and voila the problem went away. I emailed Object Development with this new information.
