Apple Music on PC doesn't work without VPN

So, because I live in Russia, I made a Turkey account for a full library of music. Since that day, I have had 11568 error on the Windows app. This errors happen when I open the app without a VPN. This is so awful because I have a very high ping in games and some services. Yesterday, I didn't have any problems with this. Does Apple detect the IP from another country and block it? What should I do? I don't have this trouble on my iPhone
