WatchOS 26 broke my Shortcut for creating reminder

I have a Shortcut named "New Task".

On Apple Watch on iOS 18.x.x and WatchOS 18.x.x, I was able ask Siri by saying Siri "New Task" and it would prompt me with "What is it about?" and I would say "Buy Dinner" and Siri would record this task "Buy Dinner" in my Due app on the watch and phone.

Recently I updated to iOS 26 & WatchOS 26. When I asked Siri by saying Siri "New Task" and it will prompt me with "What is it about?" and when I said "Buy Dinner" and Siri will popup the Reminders app on the watch and prompt for keyboard input.

I did a test with the same Shortcut on my phone and it was working fine on iOS 26. It's only the WatchOS 26 that's breaking my Shortcut.
