Unable to connect to the carrier and use my iPhone 11 Pro Max
The SIM card is installed and the phone recognizes it as well as the network. The carrier's website indicates that the card is activated, but I have been unable to connect to the carrier and use the phone.
SOS replaces the bars and the name of the provider.
I tested on another phone and the card was immediately recognized and activated with 5 bars. I made a phone call and it worked quickly and flawlessly. Inserting the SIM back into my 11 resulted in no cellular connection.
The interesting thing, however, is that the cellular data count inches up for system services.
The carrier has tried to be of assistance, but at this point unable to rectify the issue.
I have done all the obvious fixes, and nothing has changed the situation.
Any insight is appreciated.
