Imessages and Facetime not active after IOS26 update

i updated my Iphone 14 pro max to IOS 26 last night and just after it was done i was prompted with my Imessages not being able to activate my phone number, i’ve tried everything i found online and reached out to support and my service provider, nothing working so far, i don’t know what to do and how to get my mobile number back and linked(SOMEBODY PLS HELP)
