Unable to connect iPhone and Apple Watch: Pairing error and incorrect time

See information that was already shared, however I am still struggling and I already powered the phone and watch down, put them on again, however the watch still has the wrong time and I already recharged the battery and that didn’t resolve the issue; considering an old fashioned watch or no watch at all because I have no watch at all if this issue doesn’t resolve
