How to report an app for fraud and scam on iPhone?

On August 29, I was playing online at Yay casino I did some winnings. It was $894. I believe I’ve been trying to redeem for the first week week and a half from the 29th. They repeatedly asked me to submit residence and paperwork which I did several times I wanna say 45 times at least I provided them with a selfie holding my drivers license they reply we got your paperwork your selfie holding your license now it was in process about 20 minutes later. I get another email stating that they wanted me to show proof of my ID and they kept asking and asking for my bank account for proof of residence proof of a bill I provided everything like I said more than several times till today it still says in progress at one time they had already even blocked me now the person that referred me to this website that’s my friend. She came over about four or five days ago. I was talking to her about it and she said no way they did that to me too about six months ago. They asked me to provide a bill which I did she said, but then they blocked me. They didn’t take it now I have proof with the emails back-and-forth how different personnel from their help center their support center. Send me the emails. I’ve even made a clean well online with trust pilot that’s the only way now I was able to get my emails through with them because I couldn’t get them through no more

I do not see an app named "CASINO" in my App Store. But if this was an app, you should definitely rate it poorly so others will hear of your experience.

You can also use this link to report it to Apple.

https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

You can also report the App directly from the App Store:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Locate and tap on the app you want to file a report against to access its description page.
  3. Scroll to the Information section and tap Report a Problem under it. You will be redirected to Apple’s Report a Problem webpage.
  4. Sign in with your Apple Account.
  5. Tap the drop-down menu icon next to the I Would Like To text and choose an appropriate option: Request a Refund, Report a Quality Issue, Report a Scam or Fraud, Report Offensive, Illegal, or Abusive Content. Then, hit Next.
  6. Now, tap the drop-down menu icon next to the Tell Us More text and select one of the available options.
  7. Describe your issue and hit the Submit button. Apple will confirm that your report has been submitted.

I do not see the Yay Casino app in the App Store. They do have a website, but that is not an app that you would report to Apple.

In the US, fraudelent websites are reported here:

https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/

Personally, I would be very cautious about submitting any personal information to a website, no matter what claim they make. That would include my drivers license and bank account information, both of which can be used to compromise your financial accounts. I would follow up by contacting your bank for your protection.

There are many scams on the internet, none of which Apple has any control over, and a lot of them operate out of the country where even the US does not have jurisdiction for prosecution. It really is up to you to protect your personal data.

Good afternoon there is a website with the name yay CASINO and then you send the link and somebody can download it but I have emails copies. I Snapchat of every email that’s been to and from and yes more than several times maybe more than four or 5×6 they requested my information because I won on the sweeps. It’s a gambling casino online and I supposed to redeem $1102 and yes, the friend that referred me they did this to her about six months ago. I believe she said now that’s two different people today. They send me an email stating that they want proof of residence they want me to go to the authority. I believe they said and get a title of my vehicle and submit it to them oh, I’m not doing that and like I said, I do have all my emails now sometimes I’m speaking to my phone. I’m not actually typing because my vision don’t help me much but yes, I’ve been keeping in contact with them and I have all the emails even them and saying they received my paperwork selfie holding my license in 20 minutes later they’ll ask me for proof of ID and things like that and I’ve been so stupid. I have provided them everything every time

I thanks you guys so much and I appreciate every advice I’m not too familiar with computers or cell phones so I’m learning but with guidance from people to help I’ve been surviving. I did call the attorney general and spoke with the lady. She advised me to make a report online I do have every email to and from the Yay Casino and myself. I have also been writing a review on their webpage through trustpilot it’s the only way that I can reply to their messages because I haven’t been able to reply to them I get a message stating invalid email or the server has stopped answering or something like that now today they said they couldn’t find my information on this website trust pilot but on my email it’s asking me to submit again proof of residency now they want something from law-enforcement or something stating that for me to get a copy from the law-enforcement about my vehicle registration and I have like I said all the emails and everything thank you

Oh my God, I’m pinching myself to see if this is really real that I’m not alone. I’ve always been afraid to speak. My voice went nowhere unheard I have acquired medical conditions my vision I damage because of a doctor not patching my after a transplant but oh well, I didn’t speak and I’m still suffering the consequences, but you guys just made me go in Wonderland when it says community help each other that’s the support that people like me need to know about so we can get a little bit strong minded and be able to speak. I used to freeze before and couldn’t even move but right now that I’m seeing Your comment your support I’m smiling even my headache is going away and I know I’m not dreaming. I know I’m dealing with this right now, but even if the story wouldn’t get nowhere, which all I’m trying to do is talk to the players let them know what’s going on with this website. I mean it’s wrong because when we go to a website to play in a casino, you know your hopes are what if I come up a little sometimes you drain your bank account but you wanna play so it’s only fair for them to pay back the winnings. I mean you already Took the losses we did so why can’t they pay back the winnings now I’m truly honest from the bottom of my heart I’m blushing right now because I feel that I’m being heard and I’m also crying because I can’t believe it but I know it’s true. I don’t know, honey thank you guys. I can just imagine you know a group of people helping each other like in a park or something and that is nice there’s not too many friendly people out there no more just like since Covid you can’t really do nothing but this right now just gave me. I hope that somehow my voice will get to the players and be careful from this website now they’re requesting me proof of my Car title by law-enforcement or something like that I mean and I can change my phone number. Yes but that’s what gave me a lot of problems last time. My phone was stolen and even though I tracked it and I know where it was I went to that place myself, and I got pushed to the floor and when I pay for the New one, they didn’t know how to do my contacts and everything and I struggle for over two months like I said I’m not very knowledgeable on phones so I use it for me calling and playing normal apps I really thank you guys. I really really really think you guys and I may not know you guys, but I will have you guys in my prayers For the support that you guys are providing for me. I think you in my heart whatever comes out from this I’ve already want. I got to talk to you guys and feel your support. Thank you. You guys have a great night.
