You don't because such tool does not exist. Under normal uses, chances of malware or viruses infecting the iPhone are next to non existent.
The only way that your phone could be compromised is if you give your phone passcode or Apple ID login credentials to someone.
Beware of phishing emails.
Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware *** unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device, and/or have Jailbroken.
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.
Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.
**The primary reason for this is Sandboxing. All third-party apps are “sandboxed”, so they are restricted from accessing files stored by other apps or from making changes to the device. Sandboxing is designed to prevent apps from gathering or modifying information stored by other apps.
Security of runtime process in iOS and iPadOS - Apple Support
The sandbox on an iPhone is a security feature that creates a restricted environment for each app to run in isolation from other apps and the operating system. It is a core component of iOS's security architecture and plays a crucial role in making iPhones more secure.
If you doubt the authenticity of the information provided earlier, you have two alternatives:
There is no such thing as a scanner for your iPhone, which is also why there is no viruses on your iPhone. System files cannot be hacked on the iPhone because there is no access to the files structure. That is also why it is impossible to scan the files on your phone. That is a good thing and why your phone is secure.
Certainly any account can be compromised by knowing the password. For example, if someone knew your Facebook password, then could post to others and pretend to be you. Does that mean you were hacked? No, it just means your account was compromised because you gave your password to someone that you should not have. One way that is done is through phishing messages where you get an email/message claiming to be from an official source trying to get your personal information.
You don't.
A virus is a type of malware that spreads copies of itself to other pieces of code. That's how computer viruses got their name - by analogy to how biological viruses turn cells in your body into virus factories.
iOS is highly sandboxed and most apps do not have permission to modify files belonging to other apps. A "virus" would not be able to spread copies of itself, and an "anti-virus" app would not be able to remove viruses even if there were any present. So someone selling you an "anti-virus" app to remove viruses from an iPhone is selling snake oil.
If you are a target of high value to someone like Vladimir Putin or Kim Jong Un, there is this:
Harden your iPhone from a cyberattack with Lockdown Mode - Apple Support
"Lockdown Mode is optional and should be used only if you believe you might be targeted by a highly sophisticated cyberattack, such as by a private company developing state-sponsored mercenary spyware.
Important: Most people are never targeted by attacks of this nature."
Note that Lockdown Mode removes functionality. For most people, this is not worth it. Most cybercriminals are not capable, or not interested, in carrying out the kind of attacks that Lockdown Mode guards against. A criminal looks for the "easy score" - which these days, involves "phishing" (tricking people into compromising their own security) rather than "hacking" devices themselves.
