I can’t contact Apple support. I just change my mind and don’t want to delete my Apple ID anymore, but the process is already going on. I want to stop this procedure now. What should I do?

I only see a telephone support option when I work my way down the menus. Since you apparently do have Internet access you can choose some other support option that has nothing to do with the one you actually need and see if you an get chat support, then ask the person there if they can help.
I'm afraid, without being able to contact the official Apple Support, you can't stop the deletion of your Apple Account.
