My iPhone 14 turned off access and privacy for every app

My phone randomly decided to make me approve access to all of my apps. Instagram notified me of my privacy four additional times. Spotify wouldnt let me in, tiktok also did the same thing. It also turned off my location services with all my friend on find my and then turned it back on. All of the stickers I made on my keyboard disappeared. When I try to open the camera on tiktok or instagram, it says to all these apps access, but theres nowhere to do it. It also changed how Do Not Disturb works on my phone. Im so confused as to what this is. Please help!!
