Live MLS content doesn't open on my iPad mini 4

I have never been able to watch any live MLS Season Pass match or show on my iPad Mini 4. I am subscribed as a season ticket holder, and have no issues on my iPhone, Apple TV, nor MacBook. This has been an issue for at least the past 2 seasons.

When I tap on a live MLS Season Pass match or show, nothing happens. I found that I can long-press and select "Go to Game," but from that screen the "Watch" button does nothing.

I can watch all other Apple TV content without issue, and can watch past MLS matches and highlights, too. My issue seems to be limited to live MLS content. It's maddening.
