Unable to view rows above 154 in Numbers spreadsheet

spread sheet suddenly won't let me view above row 154.....all other data still there, acts as if rows are frozen to allow me only to review below row 154....do you think possibility it is frozen? is there a way to unlock? thank you mike Jordan

There's nothing magical about 154 rows, and Numbers certainly supports tables larger than that, so something else is amiss.


It isn't clear what you're seeing, though? Are you saying you can scroll the table up to row 154 but then it stops? what happens if you select a cell in row 154 and press either the down arrow or return key? does row 155 scroll into view then?

Hi Mik,


If you are seeing this (I have done Menu > View > Show Rulers to clarify), then perhaps you accidentally dragged the table into the page top margin.



Click on the "bullseye" (the 2 circles top left) to select the whole table and drag the bullseye down (and perhaps to the right).



I find these settings useful to align objects on a Sheet:

Menu > Numbers > Settings > Rulers



The Alignment Guides politely disappear when you stop dragging.
