You’ll need to be more specific. Is this your personal iPad or is it provided by your school?
If the iPad belongs to your school it is almost assuredly a managed device. If you need to free up space you will need to contact your school’s IT department for help. They are the ones who have disabled the ability to delete apps. You will also not be able to install iOS 26 without their permission.
If the iPad is your personal device then your parents may have used parental controls to manage it. Speak with them. As for deleting apps most default apps cannot be deleted only hidden.
