Requesting Official Receipt for Online Purchase (for Reimbursement)

Hello! I am planning to buy an iPad from the Apple Education Online Store Philippines.

Before I proceed, I need to confirm the process for obtaining an Official Receipt (OR), since this will be required for reimbursement purposes.

Specifically, I’d like to ask:

1. Does Apple automatically issue an OR or invoice for purchases made through the Apple Online Store Philippines?
2. Will the OR include the necessary details (buyer’s name / company name, TIN, etc.) for reimbursement?
3. If I need the OR to reflect a company or institution name, how should I request it at the time of purchase

I want to be sure that the documentation will be valid for reimbursement before I place my order.
