"The Face ID start to popping up too often and without any reason : the Face ID start to popping up too often and without any reason… it’s disgusting too much and I can’t use my phone properly and easily…I got this brand new phone 6month ago and I this trubbles happened one week ago first time and day after day it’s getting more and more….I restarted my phone a couple times like you recommended for another customers but nothing changed…what I should do?????"

Turn off Face ID:

Is Face ID required here? If not, turn it off in-full. You can also toggle off specific features like unlocking your iPhone or using Face ID for apps.

Turning Off Face ID in-Full:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Face ID & Passcode
3. Enter: your passcode
4. Tap: "Reset Face ID"
