I can’t play any of my movies and just keep getting the pop up saying “There’s a problem loading this content”.
I have force restarted and updated to latest iOS but neither worked. Can anyone share if they managed to solve a similar problem?
Are you able to play content from other apps? If you have the Speedtest installed try running that to ensure you are getting a good connection.
Thanks for the suggestion, but no it’s not the connection speed. I just tested and my download is 140Mbps and it’s 400Mbps outside of working hour when I’m trying to view movies. All other apps are unaffected it just Apple movies. I can’t stream or download any of them
Update, the movies briefly were accessible on my phone but not iPad. Now they are completely gone again on both.
