When watching a movie using Apple TV on Windows, the audio drifts and getting out of sync to the point it is not possible to watch. No solution found.
Thanks

I’ve had this happen occasionally with my Plex app, usually when I’ve had the Apple TV on for a month without rebooting. Usually a reboot fixes this, also try deleting your analytics data. It takes a while to delete everything, especially if you have 30 days worth of garbage in there, but it will get rid of several gigabytes ultimately
I am watching a series called Foundation on Apple TV+.
This happens for each episode.
I used to have that also in the past with Netflix, when they told us to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome settings. But it is turned off, so it must be some other codec that Apple is using.
Chrome settings on Apple TV? Oh the Windows app. I never had any problems like that.
it could be your audio connection, my Soundbar connects via a Lightpipe cable. So does my Kenwood VR 209.
if you are using a BT sound device try reconnecting it.
Does this happen for one movie, or for all movies (that you have tried)?
Is this for a movie from Apple’s media Store, or Apple TV+? If neither, then from where?
Rebooting did not solve the problem, and I've been watching only a couple of weeks.
But I will keep this tip for the future.
Thanks!
