Camera show black screen after Sequoia 15.5/15.6.1update, the green light is shown

Hi,

My MacBook Pro (M1 pro) camera stopped working after this update, I tried all the recommendation on the internet. The camera is detected in the hardware page, but in any application or browser, the screen is black, and the green light is shown.

Is there a fix to this ? How can I know if it's a software or hardware issue ? Where I live there is no official Apple Store, I don't want to risk my device to a third party. Is there any solutions ?

To sort software issue Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test.
