Can I connect my late 2013 iMac to a Mac mini as monitor?

I need help ı have Mac late 2013 and also ı have Mac mini new generation. I want to use Mac iMac (late 2013) as monitor's. İs there any body to help me how am ı connect two of them.

That iMac supports Target Display Mode using Thunderbolt input.


Unfortunately, Apple added restrictions on Target Display Mode such that no current or recent Mac supports using any iMac as a Target Display. Even if they had not added the restrictions, the requirement for the connection to be a Thunderbolt one would require you to spend $80+ for specialized Thunderbolt connection hardware. There is no point in tracking down, and spending money on, that hardware, given that you still would not be able to use the old iMac as a display.
