Strange problems with Apple Tv on Iphone 16 pro and Macbook Air M3

Hi to all ,

for some time now, I have noticed that Apple TV sets the audio language to English by default, and I have to change it every time. If I try using the app on Windows, however, it switches to Italian without any problems. I checked the settings and it defaults to Italian, so why do I have to change it manually every time?

On macOS and iOS, there is a default preferred language setting for apps (=same as the OS), and it is also possible to set a preferred language per app if available for that app (i.e. exceptions). Please verify that in System Settings/Settings.

The app interface language is also the default audio track, if available.

Not 100% sure if macOS 26/iOS 26 changed any of that. (I plan to upgrade a bit later.)
