I recently placed an order for in-store pickup at bangkok central world and would like to request a change to the scheduled pickup date.
How can i change?

If the store is Apple-owned, you have emails from Apple regarding the purchase. Near the bottom of each are instructions for questions about the order.
If Bangkok World Central is not an Apple-owned store, you need to work with them. We, your fellow end users, have no more access to Apple order data than you.
We are users like you. We do not have access to your purchases nor can we schedule purchase deliveries.
Contact the store to ask for a pickup date change.
