How to disable Shortcuts notifications (iOS 18>)

In IOS 18> the Screen Time > See All Apps and Website activity under Notifications section does not allow any longer notifications for Shortcuts to be turned off (or silenced). I use a simple shortcut to turn off mobile service (data) when on known wifis and these notifications are very much annoying... It used to be possible to turn them off under Screen Time but not any longer.
