New HP printer not printing
HP printer will not print to MacBook Air (2017). Can add scanner, but not the printer. Could it be the OS Monterey 12.7.6 is not compatible?

you don't list the model so I can't link to where on hps site you can find the newest driver for that model, it should make it clear which macOS versions hp support.
