My iPhone 11 screen is blind and unresponsive

I have a blind screen on my phone. I don’t know the reason for it, although I took the phone to a phone expert and he didn’t find any fault. He tested the battery and found it to be good. He also changed the screen and it was good too. The phone runs through it but it doesn’t turn on or respond and the screen remains black. I need your support, please, to find a solution.

The phone "expert" that you took the phone to could not possibly have had access to a genuine Apple replacement screen.

Among other things, the "expert" installed the wrong screen. Hopefully, you did not pay for "expert" service since the phone was not fixed.

Authorized Apple service won't even touch the phone now because of tampering by an unauthorized person.

Unless the "expert" or another unauthorized technician can fix the phone for you.......you have a new item for the recycling bin.

I am not requesting maintenance from Apple. I just need to know the possible causes.

You are asking other users on a user to user only forum, none of whom can see or test your phone why the screen isn't working. No one can tell you why. But you chose to let someone other than Apple open your phone, so now the one source who could help you - Apple itself, won't help you. And your so called "expert" couldn't identify the issue, so why you think us users can from our sofas makes no sense.

You have a phone which was released in 2019, six years ago. It's time to buy a new iPhone.

....get your iPhone 11 picked up from ups, FedEx, etc. to be delivered to Apple for a usual hardware check and then get it repaired if needed.

I'm sure that you meant well....but.....did you read the part in the answers above that stated that Apple won't even look at a phone if tampering is detected? An Apple tech will know in seconds that tampering has occurred on the phone.....and back the phone goes into the box.

Sounds like a hardware issue that is pretty uncommon to happen. It is recommended/advised to create a time to get your iPhone 11 picked up from ups, FedEx, etc. to be delivered to Apple for a usual hardware check and then get it repaired if needed.

I hope that my response was helpful!

Maybe read the posts in the thread you're responding to before responding. They let someone open their phone, who wasn't apple. Apple won't touch the phone now.
