Screen randomly locks on iPhone 15 Pro Max while typing

My iPhone is on the latest update and yet continues to lock the screen while I’m actively typing, scrolling or watching videos. I know that all I need to do is restart it but I shouldn’t have to deal with this in the first place.

its locked 16, make that 17 t- no now 18… 20 times n.. 21 times. And now 22
