.usdc file size limit on AVP

I bought my apple Vision Pro for *professional* reasons to view 3-D architectural models. My architect has sent me USDZ files of varying sizes. The full building file of 320MB cannot be opened on my AVP although tiny 17MB files of only one room can be opened. Seriously, I need to know the size limitation for opening USDZ files on an Apple Vision Pro. And if this is some limitation of the file format or the M2 chip.
