Ocean Waves Sound coming from my Imac speakers

I saw this question asked in an earlier question some years ago, but that person never got an answer that helped to solve the problem. I recently did something that put this sound on my desk top Imac and enjoyed it at first, but now it is very annoying. There were other choices as well. Please someone help me turn the ocean waves off. I'm drowning!
