Siri set an unwanted alarm on its own. Why ?!

Out of the blue on my HomePod, Siri announced that it had set a 1:32 AM alarm! I thought I didn’t hear correctly and asked Siri if I had any alarms set. Siri responded that I had two. One was the one I set, the other was for 1:32 AM! I then went into my home app and deleted the unwanted alarm. I’m just glad I heard it and was able to delete it. I’m curious to know if anyone else has had this happen. I’m also wondering why this might happen.
