not able to watch MLS Season Pass on Windows Laptop
I have MLS Season Pass that I paid for in February. I recently switched cell phone carriers from Spectrum to T-Mobile. I now have Apple TV through T-mobile, but I am no longer able to sign in to Apple TV or MLS Season Pass on my computer.
When I sign in, it asks for my username and password. When I enter those, it never signs me in, and says subscribe, and brings me back to sign in again in an infinite loop. I tried signing in with both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, and with the apple TV app on my computer. My computer and phone iOS are up to date. I am able to sign in and watch Apple TV and MLS Season Pass on my phone, just not on my computer as I used to be able to do 2 weeks ago.
