Apple TV+ overlay won’t disappear in full-screen on Windows 11

The play/pause overlay on Windows 11 does not disappear in full-screen mode, regardless of what I do or where I place the mouse cursor. If full-screen is not engaged, then it disappears as expected. This issue only affects full-screen mode.
