I proceeded to restore the IOS for iPad A1356 with the 'Apple Devices' App the process ended successfully but, on the iPad the lock screen still comes out which requires IDApple and Password, forgotten, and is no longer registered on Apple iCloud, How should I continue?

You must have an active Apple Account (Apple ID) with known credentials because you have logged in to post here. If the problem iPad was connected with the same ID you should be able to solve the problem.
