Videos not loading or downloading in shared albums iphone

I’ve been using shared albums for a while and it is the only place I store my photos and videos. Suddenly the videos won’t play or download but the photos are accessible. I tried restarting the phone, accessing from other devices, using wifi and mobile data and making a share link too, but no luck.
