I have an Epson ET-4800 and an iPad Pro 13 I can see the printer when I select a file but it won’t print! There’s a prompt about security and is this the printer you want to use but when I click continue it just times out and does nothing. How do I confirm the printer on my iPad? I have no issues printing from my iPhone.

You may want to check your iPad is using the newest, iOS 18 version:
Eg: Look in Settings > General > Software updates to see whether or not an update is available.
(NB: It is always wise to back-up iPad before updating iPadOS version).

If not using AirPrint: You may need an app from Epson

That would initially seem to be a problem with the router, or maybe with the local Wi-Fi network configuration or coverage or interference.
Did you restart the router?
Also check for router firmware updates, too.
