My Apple Watch does not show the watch face unless I press the Digital Crown button

iWatch 10, screen went dark overnight. I came here and did what I read to no avail. I restarted watch. I turned of "always on" off and back on. I turned theatre mode on then back off. 72% on battery. This happened on its own. I also had my screen change to 2X the size for no reason, I was unable to operate the watch this way, so I heard both buttons to turn it off as the crown only opened Siri when I held it down. My iPhone also did it hours before. I had to restart it to get it back to normal, btw I had Zoom off...When I do press crown now, I don't even get my watch face I selected, just digital numbers on right side of screen. Any help would be appreciated.

So I played with theatre mode and Always on. Any other ideas?

So I played with theatre mode and Always on. Any other ideas? I think it might have something to do with sleep focus! I turned it off on iPhone and iWatch started working. I checked sleep focus schedule. The times were set correctly. I was now in normal focus 8-5. I haven't messed with schedules since I set up the watch months ago. But this morning it was showing a bed for focus on watch even tho I tried to change it, It said I was in normal focus. Click back out and bed is showing, restarts didn't fix it. Maybe I should change my question to how to turn off FOCUS completely on watch and phone?
